This Agreement sets out the key terms and expectations for working with Start Your Innovation LLC. It is meant to be clear, practical, and easy to understand. The goal is to make sure we are both on the same page before work begins.

This Agreement works together with our other policies. If there is a conflict between this Agreement and any other policy, the more specific written document controls for that project.

By submitting a project request or purchasing services, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;

• you have the authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization;

• the information you provide is accurate and complete; and

• you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Disclaimer, and these service terms.

3a. What You Need to Provide

To keep your project moving, you are responsible for providing:

• your logo and brand assets;

• photos and visual materials;

• written content for your pages;

• Squarespace, domain, email, and payment processor access;

• product, service, or event details as applicable; and

• any other materials or access needed for your package.

3b. Responding on Time

During active project phases, please reply within 2 office days so we can keep your project on schedule. Our office days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If something urgent comes up, let us know within 24 hours.

Delays in providing materials, feedback, or approvals may affect your timeline and could result in a project pause.

3c. Your Squarespace Plan and Third-Party Costs

You are responsible for your own Squarespace subscription and any third-party costs. Your plan, domain, email, and all third-party accounts are in your name.

After you start a project, we will conduct a Pre-Plan review before your deposit is due. During this review, we will confirm your package, goals, scope, Squarespace plan requirements, Zapier or workflow needs, estimated third-party costs, and any other project details.

No deposit is due until the Pre-Plan review is complete and you are ready to begin.

During the Pre-Plan, we may discuss:

• your selected package and what it includes;

• required third-party tools and subscriptions;

• Squarespace plan requirements (including whether a Core plan or higher is needed);

• Zapier or automation requirements, if applicable;

• estimated third-party costs; and

• platform limitations and implementation needs.

You remain responsible for all third-party fees, subscriptions, account approvals, and platform requirements.

You are responsible for all content you provide for your website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, pricing, and policies. You represent that you own or have the right to use everything you submit.

Start Your Innovation LLC is not responsible for verifying the legal accuracy or compliance of your content. It is your responsibility to ensure your website and business content comply with all applicable laws — including advertising rules, consumer protection laws, and industry regulations.

6a. Deposit and Final Payment

A 50% deposit is due to begin work after the Pre-Plan review is confirmed. The final 50% payment is due before your site goes live.

Add-ons follow the same 50/50 payment structure. Care is billed hourly. Care Plus, Care Pro, and Care Max are billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing is available at a discounted rate.

We will not launch, publish, or hand off your website until full payment has been received.

6b. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Cash App Pay. PayPal and Venmo are available upon request. Flexible payment options are available through Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay/Clearpay.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Key points:

• The deposit is generally non-refundable once work has started.

• The final payment is due before launch and is not refundable after launch or substantial completion.

• Care Plans may be cancelled at any time, but the current billing period is generally not refundable.

If we are waiting on materials, access, approvals, feedback, or payment for 14 or more days, we may pause your project and reschedule it based on availability.

A $500 Relaunch Fee may apply before work resumes on a paused project. If a project is paused for 90 or more days due to unresponsiveness or non-payment, it may be treated as cancelled.

9a. Included Revisions

Each Launch project includes two revision rounds — one at the end of Plan and one at the end of Build. Revision rounds cover layout adjustments, content updates, design changes, and feature refinements within the current phase.

Revisions do not include new pages, new features, or scope changes.

9b. Additional Work

Any work outside the approved scope — including new pages or features, design direction changes after approval, or rebuilding completed sections — may require a separate quote, add-on, or additional billing. We will not perform out-of-scope work without your written approval.

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the completed Squarespace website deliverable created for you, subject to Squarespace's platform terms.

Your Squarespace plan, domain, email, and third-party accounts are in your name and belong to you. Start Your Innovation LLC does not hold access to your accounts after project completion.

Start Your Innovation LLC retains ownership of our business processes, templates, frameworks, and any materials not specific to your deliverable.

Unless you opt out in writing before work begins, Start Your Innovation LLC may feature your completed website in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. We will not share confidential business information without your permission.

If you provide a mobile number and consent to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive text messages from Start Your Innovation LLC about appointments, project updates, service information, support matters, and invoices. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

13a. What Care Plans Cover

Care Plans are ongoing support services for clients with an existing Start Your Innovation website. They cover text and photo updates, small layout edits, new sections on existing pages, blog and product updates, link fixes, and basic troubleshooting.

13b. Per-Site Requirement

Clients with multiple Start Your Innovation sites require a separate Care Plan per site.

13c. Rollover Policy

Unused Care Plan hours, discounts, tasks, or support capacity do not roll over to the next billing period.

13d. Care Plan Tiers

Care — $150/hour, 1-hour minimum.

Care Plus — $300/month. Up to 2 hours included. Additional hours at $150/hour with a 10% discount. Flow clients: up to 1 new workflow per month.

Care Pro — $600/month. Up to 4 hours included. Additional hours at $150/hour with a 20% discount. Flow clients: up to 2 new workflows per month.

Care Max — $900/month. Up to 6 hours included. Additional hours at $150/hour with a 30% discount. Flow clients: up to 3 new workflows per month.

All Care Plans exclude redesigns, rebuilds, new pages or features, complex store or membership changes, Squarespace plan upgrades, and rollover of unused hours, discounts, or workflows.

Add-ons are available to expand your project scope. The Flow add-on includes a 60-minute discovery session, up to 5 Zapier automations, PDF documentation, and 14 days of post-launch support.

Flow requires a Squarespace Core plan or higher. Add-ons follow the same 50/50 payment structure as Launch packages.

Flow does not include automations beyond the 5 included or additional workflow updates beyond the 1 free update (available through Care Plans).

Start Your Innovation LLC does not guarantee any particular business outcome, including sales, leads, traffic, search rankings, or revenue. We also do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, third-party platform performance, or long-term technical compatibility.

Our role is to provide the services agreed in your package, add-on, Care Plan, or written scope.

Start Your Innovation LLC offers discounts on Launch packages and add-ons for verified organizations and individuals. Discounts are non-stackable, non-transferable, and applied to one package per project.

Organizations — 30% Off

The following types of organizations qualify for 30% off any Launch package or add-on:

• Nonprofit organizations — upload your 501(c)(3) determination letter.

• Churches — upload your 501(c)(3) determination letter, IRS church status letter, or official church letterhead signed by your pastor or leader.

Individuals — 15% Off

The following individuals qualify for 15% off any Launch package or add-on:

• Active military and veterans — upload your Military ID, DD-214 Form (please black out your Social Security number and any other personal information), or veteran designation on a state-issued driver's license.

Simply upload your documentation on the Start a Project page when you're ready to begin.

General Discount Rules

Start Your Innovation LLC reserves the right to:

• approve or deny discount eligibility;

• request additional or updated verification;

• limit discounts to specific packages or add-ons;

• discontinue or modify the discount program at any time;

• reject expired, incomplete, altered, or unverifiable documentation; and

• refuse to apply a discount retroactively unless expressly agreed in writing.

A discount does not change the scope of services, payment schedule, revision limits, refund rules, third-party cost responsibilities, or any other terms unless expressly stated in writing.

Start Your Innovation LLC does not verify or advise on a client's nonprofit compliance, tax-exempt status, charitable solicitation obligations, or other regulatory obligations. The client remains solely responsible for all such matters.

By submitting a project form, approving a project, or purchasing services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to:

• Terms and Conditions;

• Privacy Policy;

• Cookie Policy;

• Refund and Cancellation Policy;

• Disclaimer;

• SMS / Text Messaging Terms, if applicable;

• this Digital Service Agreement; and

• any applicable proposal, invoice, or written project confirmation.
