What do you need from me?

No. We’ll guide you step-by-step for anything technical.
Do I own my website and accounts?
Yes — Squarespace, domain, email, and subscriptions stay in your name.
Do I pay Squarespace or third-party app fees through you?
No — those are paid directly by you. Our service fees are separate.

When will you reply? (Office hours)
I work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday — 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Messages received outside hours are answered on the next office day.

How does payment work?
50% upfront to reserve your project start, and 50% at launch/final delivery before the site goes live.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes — start with Starter and add pages, booking, ecommerce, membership, email, or marketing later.

How do revisions work?
One revision round is included per phase (Plan, Build, Launch). Additional revision rounds are $150 each.
What’s your feedback timeline?
Replies are due within 1–2 office days per phase. If there’s no response, that phase is considered approved and we proceed.
What happens if the project goes on hold?
If the project pauses due to missing content, access, or approvals for 14+ days, a $500 Re-Entry Fee is required to resume.

Relaunch packages are smaller-scope improvements, so they include 14-day support after relaunch. Full builds include 30-day support after launch.
What’s included in maintenance / what’s not?
Included: text/photo updates, small layout edits, new sections on existing pages, blog/product updates, link fixes, basic troubleshooting.
Not included: redesigns, copywriting, advanced SEO strategy, complex ecommerce/membership (quoted separately).
