We follow a simple 7-phase process — Start a Project, Pre-Plan, Deposit, Plan, Build, Launch, and Post-Launch. Head over to our How It Works page for the full breakdown.

Both. If you're starting fresh, we'll build a new Squarespace site. If you already have a Squarespace site, we'll work with what you have — refreshing it and adding pages or features as needed.

If you're on a different platform, we'll take time to understand what it does and talk through your options together so you can leave the conversation with next steps. Migrations are not currently offered.

Squarespace keeps everything in one place — hosting, security, and updates are all handled for you automatically. The drag-and-drop editor is clean and intuitive, and every template is professionally designed and fully responsive across desktop and mobile. There's no coding required, no plugins to manage, and no technical overhead. We take a Squarespace template and make it yours — matching your brand colors, fonts, spacing, and navigation. Page sections are built and adjusted using Squarespace blocks, all within the platform's capabilities.

A page is any separate URL on your site — Home, About, Services, Contact, and so on. Landing pages count as pages too.

A 50% deposit is due to begin. The final payment is due before your site goes live. Add-ons follow the same 50/50 payment structure. Care is billed hourly. Care Plus, Care Pro, and Care Max are billed monthly or yearly — yearly billing offers a discounted rate.
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Cash App Pay. PayPal and Venmo are available upon request.
Prefer to spread out your payments? We offer flexible monthly payment options through Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay/Clearpay.

Yes. We offer discounts on any Launch package or add-on for the following verified groups. Discounts are non-stackable, non-transferable, and applied to one package per project.
Organizations — 30% off
Nonprofit organizations — upload your 501(c)(3) determination letter
Churches — upload your 501(c)(3) determination letter, IRS church status letter, or official church letterhead signed by your pastor or leader
Individuals — 15% off
Active military and veterans — upload your Military ID, DD-214 Form (please black out your Social Security number and any other personal information), or veteran designation on a state-issued driver's license
Simply upload your documentation on the Start a Project page when you're ready to begin.

If we're waiting on content, access, or approvals for 14 or more days, your project is marked Paused, and a $500 Relaunch Fee is required to restart. We'll always give you a heads-up before that happens.
