Start Your Innovation LLC may send text messages (SMS/MMS) to clients and contacts who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive messages. Our text messaging is used for business communication purposes related to our services.

Start Your Innovation LLC operates from New Jersey. Our text messages are sent using standard SMS/MMS services.

We will only send text messages if you have consented to receive them. You may consent through any of the following methods:

• Checking the SMS consent checkbox on our Start a Project form at www.startyourinnovation.com/start;

• Checking the SMS consent checkbox on our Add-On form at www.startyourinnovation.com/request-add-on;

• Checking the SMS consent checkbox on our Care Plan form at www.startyourinnovation.com/request-care-plan; or

• Separately consenting to receive SMS messages in writing or through our intake process.

Each form displays the full consent language at the point of opt-in. Consent is not pre-checked. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase services. You may still communicate with us by email or phone.

We may send text messages related to:

• project updates and milestone notifications;

• appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations;

• invoice notifications and payment reminders;

• service and support communications;

• feedback requests for completed projects; and

• other business communications related to your project or Care Plan.

We do not send unsolicited marketing text messages. We do not send promotional offers via SMS unless you have separately opted in to marketing messages.

We will never send text messages containing or promoting any of the following:

• cannabis, marijuana, or CBD products;

• vaping products or tobacco products;

• firearms or ammunition;

• adult services or sexually explicit services;

• illegal products or services;

• deceptive financial offers or high-risk financial services;

• debt relief or payday lending;

• gambling;

• controlled substances; or

• other content prohibited by carrier rules or applicable law.

Message frequency varies based on your project status, service tier, and communication needs. During active project phases, you may receive several messages per week. During Care Plan periods, messages are typically less frequent. We will not send messages excessively or unnecessarily.

We do not send text messages before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Start Your Innovation LLC does not charge for text messages we send, but your carrier may charge for receiving them. Please check with your carrier for details.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. If you opt out, we may send you a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you provide consent again.

Opting out of SMS messages does not cancel your services or affect your project. We will continue to communicate with you by email.

Start Your Innovation LLC is not responsible for delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by your mobile carrier, network conditions, device issues, or factors outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• the mobile number you provide is accurate and belongs to you;

• you notify us promptly if your mobile number changes; and

• you have the right to receive messages at the number provided.

Your mobile number and SMS-related information are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Start Your Innovation LLC does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

We may update these SMS/Text Messaging Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on our website. If we make material changes, we will notify active SMS subscribers where reasonably possible.
