What to Expect

We keep projects clear, predictable, and on schedule with a simple 3-phase process: Plan Build Launch. Each phase includes a review checkpoint so we can move forward.

The Process

1) Plan

Every great website begins with communication. In the Plan phase, we shape the direction for your project by:

  • Clarifying your goals and target audience

  • Planning your sitemap (pages + structure)

  • Creating wireframes (layout before design)

  • Establishing your visual direction (fonts, colors, style)

Outcome: A clear foundation and a confident path forward before building begins.

2) Build

With the plan approved, your website begins to take form. In the Build phase, we:

  • Set up Squarespace and your site structure

  • Build each page and apply your design style

  • Add your content (text + images you provide)

  • Connect features like forms, booking, newsletters, and other tools (if included)

  • Test across desktop, tablet, and mobile

Outcome: A complete site build that looks great and works smoothly across devices.

3) Launch

Once everything is reviewed, we prepare your website for launch. This includes:

  • Domain connection

  • Professional email setup

  • Final SEO steps (titles + meta descriptions + indexing basics)

  • QR codes (Grow + Scale only)

  • Final polish and pre-launch checks

Final launch approval: Before we publish the site live, you’ll provide final launch approval.

After the final payment is complete, your website goes live.

Post-launch support (14 days): Support includes minor fixes and Squarespace guidance to help you feel confident after launch. New pages, new features, or major changes are quoted separately.

Service Policies

  • Squarespace subscription: Your Squarespace plan is paid directly to Squarespace (separate from our service). We’ll help you choose the right plan.

    What you provide: Logo/brand assets, photos, and written content.

    Predictable scope: To keep pricing and timelines predictable, these packages are built around your provided content and standard Squarespace tools.

    Payment terms (50/50): Projects are 50/50 — 50% deposit to start a project and begin the Plan phase, and 50% final payment due before launch (prior to publishing the site live).

    Timelines: Timelines depend on timely content delivery and approvals.

  • Response window: During each phase, please reply within two (2) office days (office days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

    Example: If we send something on Wednesday, please reply by Friday.

    Keeping momentum: If we don’t hear back by the deadline, we’ll proceed based on the last approved direction to keep your project moving. Requests that change previously approved work may be treated as a revision round or scope change.

    If something urgent comes up: Please let us know within 24 hours.

  • You get one (1) revision round per phase (Plan and Build) — 2 total.

    How to send edits: Please list revisions clearly in bullet points so we can implement them accurately.

    Additional revision rounds: $150 per round.

  • If you’d like to add pages or features after a phase review, no problem — we’ll send a quick quote before moving forward.

  • If we’re waiting on content, access, or approvals for 14+ calendar days, the project is marked Paused and removed from the active schedule. To resume, a $500 Re-Entry Fee is required to restart scheduling and resume work (we’ll restart in the next available slot).

  • You purchase and own your Squarespace plan, domain, email accounts, and any third-party apps (subscriptions paid by you), so you remain the account owner at all times.
